Welcome to Twining Seasons Farm LLC! We are so happy you’re here! Before making a purchase or subscribing to our Farm Membership or Flower Subscription, please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or participating in any of our services, you agree to these terms. All the details are below. Please let us know if you have any questions!

1. General Information

Twining Seasons Farm LLC is a cut-flower farm located in Friendsville, PA, offering Farm Memberships, Bouquet Subscriptions, U-pick experiences, Farm Workshops, and Custom Floral Arrangements. Our services are available to customers who agree to our Terms & Conditions and abide by our farm policies.

2. Flower Subscription Membership Agreement

By purchasing a Flower Subscription, you are committing to receiving fresh, locally grown bouquets during your selected time frame. When you sign up for a Flower Subscription, you become an important sustaining member of our farm, as your purchase directly supports us as we cultivate a successful growing season.

A. Subscription Options & Pricing

We offer the following flower subscription plans:

  • Full-Season Flower Subscription (16 Weeks)
  • Spring to Summer Flower Subscription (8 Weeks)
  • 1-Month Subscription (4 Weeks)
  • Twining Seasons Farm Membership (Includes flower subscription + perks)

👉 Each subscription includes a weekly pickup.

B. Pickup & Delivery Policy

1. Pickup Locations & Schedule

Flower CSA members may select a pickup location from our partner businesses:

📍 Pickup Locations:

  • Baking By Numbers (Owego, NY) – Thursdays
  • Down To Earth Whole Foods (Endicott, NY) – Thursdays
  • Old Barn Market (Binghamton, NY) – Thursdays
  • Twining Seasons Farm LLC – Farm Stand (Friendsville, PA) – Thursdays

2. 🌸 Missed Pickup Policy:

We work hard to grow, harvest, arrange and deliver amazing flowers to the pickup locations for you. You need to come and pick them up!

  • Missed or forgotten bouquets will not be reimbursed.
  • If you’re going to be out of town or know you will miss a week, you may send a proxy (friend, family member, etc.) to pick up your bouquet for you. Let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can update your pickup location.

C. Payment & Auto-Renewal

  • Prepaid Subscriptions (One-time payment): Billed in full at checkout, does not auto-renew.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments via Stripe, ensuring secure transactions.

💡 D. Cancellation Policy:

  • Prepaid subscriptions you may cancel it at any time. We will refund you for bouquets that have not yet been picked up on a prorated basis minus a 5% fee to cover Stripe processing.

3. Flower Quality, Availability & Substitutions

🌱 Our flowers are grown sustainably and reflect the season’s natural beauty.
Due to weather and farming conditions, we do not guarantee flower varieties. We may need to substitute certain flowers in your bouquet. Rest assured that all substitutions will be of equal or greater value.


💡 Care tips will be provided with each bouquet subscription to help prolong freshness.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Satisfaction Guarantee

💰 A. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Prepaid Subscriptions: May be cancelled at any time. We will refund you for bouquets that have not yet been picked up on a prorated basis minus a 5% fee to cover Stripe processing.
  • Workshop Purchases: Are non-refundable. You may transfer your admission to a proxy (friend or family member to attend in your place if you are unable to attend).

🚨 B. In Case of Farm Closure or Emergencies:

  • If extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen farm issues prevent us from fulfilling subscriptions, we will provide store credit or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

💐 C. Customer Satisfaction: If you are unhappy with your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours at twiningseasonsfarm@gmail.com with a photo, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

5. Gift Subscriptions

🎁 Giving a Flower Subscription as a Gift?

  • Be sure to enter the recipient’s name and contact details at checkout.
  • A gift message can be included with the first bouquet.

6. Agreement Confirmation & Digital Signature

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you:

✔ Have read and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
✔ Understand the pickup/delivery policies, refund policies, and subscription commitment.
✔ Allow Twining Seasons Farm LLC to charge your provided payment method for subscription renewals (if applicable).

✍️ A digital signature is required at checkout to confirm agreement.

7. Privacy Policy & Communications

📧 A. Email Communication:
By purchasing, you agree to receive important notifications regarding:

  • Pickup reminders
  • Weather-related delays
  • Subscription renewals

We will not be responsible if your email server funnels our emails to spam.

🔒 B. Privacy Assurance:
We do not sell, share, or misuse your personal data. Your information is securely stored for order processing and communication only.

8. Terms & Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
